About the Role As an Agent(e) Méthodes - Génie Mécanique at Prevost (Groupe Volvo) in Sainte-Claire, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and improving the assembly processes for our coaches. You’ll work autonomously with leadership and creativity, collaborating with other departments to deliver durable, quality manufacturing solutions. What You'll Do
- Participate in the development of new products with the engineering team to craft optimal concepts aligned with the manufacturing vision.
- Develop assembly solutions that guarantee quality, create a safe working environment, and minimize assembly times.
- Implement in production the required assembly sequences, tooling, equipment and documentation.
- Analyze opportunities or challenges faced by production teams (structure, mechanical, finishing) and implement effective and durable solutions. What We're Looking For
- DEC or BAC in Mechanical Engineering.
- Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment (manufacturing processes and/or assembly).
- Autonomy, leadership, creativity; strong communication and teamwork skills. Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: 40.92 CAD/hour.
- 3 weeks summer vacation; 2 weeks paid holidays; Up to 6 paid personal days; Overtime paid.
