About the Role En Air Europa buscamos un/a Agente de Hub Management (HM) para el Aeropuerto de Madrid. Es una posición clave en Operaciones Tierra, donde tendrás impacto directo en la puntualidad, seguridad y calidad del servicio, coordinando la operativa diaria del hub de Madrid en un entorno dinámico y de alta exigencia. What You'll Do
- Resolver incidencias operativas de forma ágil y eficiente.
- Supervisar la estiba, combustible, catering y limpieza de aeronaves.
- Verificar la hoja de carga con coordinación y validar NOTOC con el/la comandante.
- Controlar la entrega de equipajes en salas, asegurando tiempos y cumplimiento de protocolos de seguridad.
- Supervisar los procesos de facturación de pasajeros y equipajes, así como la correcta aplicación de medidas de seguridad y atención al cliente.
