We are looking for an Agent, Whatever / Whenever to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will be a key point of contact for our guests, delivering personalized service and ensuring that every request is handled promptly and professionally. Combining Concierge and Guest Service Center responsibilities, you will help create seamless and memorable experiences throughout each guest’s stay.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest calls, messages, emails, requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Respond to special requests and provide personalized assistance based on individual guest needs.
- Provide concierge services and create tailored itineraries based on guests’ interests and preferences.
- Offer recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, tours, activities and entertainment.
- Arrange restaurant reservations, excursions, tours and transportation services.
- Coordinate with the appropriate departments to resolve guest requests, concerns or issues efficiently.
- Follow up with guests to ensure requests have been completed to their satisfaction.
- Monitor unanswered calls and guests on hold, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Ensure all guest communications are handled within established brand standards and response times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in the hotel industry, preferably within Guest Services, Concierge or Front Office.
- Degree in Business Administration, Tourism or a related field.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Excellent knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, activities and services.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Empathetic, patient and guest-focused approach.
- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
