About the Opportunity

In this role, you'll connect with English- and Spanish-speaking customers, identify their insurance needs, and help them find coverage that fits their individual circumstances.

You'll work with agency-provided leads, develop new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships while working toward sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers through agency-provided leads, outbound calls, and consistent follow-up.

• Communicate confidently with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.

• Prepare quotes, explain policy benefits, address objections, and confidently ask for the sale.

• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other available insurance products.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and ongoing communication.

• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer coverage.

• Manage an organized sales pipeline and track customer interactions using agency systems.

• Work toward individual and team sales goals while continuously developing your skills.

• What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and in person.

• A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally and financially.

• Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with prospects, and closing sales.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to apply coaching and feedback.

• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.

• Active insurance licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licenses.
