Agent Field Officers (AFO) at Premium Human Resource Solution Limited
Premium HR Solutions is a human resource consultancy company which offers strategic and effective HR solutions for small to medium sized businesses.
- This is a Sales / marketing Role.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
- Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected.
- Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company's financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps and savings plans.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / HND / BSc Degree with a minimum of 1 year sales / marketing experience is required.
