About the Role Lead a team of forward-deploy engineers who work directly with customers to build and ship AI agents on the Curie Agent Platform. You will combine hands-on technical leadership — setting the bar for how the team scopes, designs, and ships agents — with hiring, coaching, and owning our most strategic customer relationships. What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a team of forward-deploy engineers focused on customer delivery of AI agents
- Define scope, design, and shipping practices for AI agents on the Curie Agent Platform
- Manage customer relationships and own strategic engagements
- Hire, coach, and develop team members; foster a high-performance culture
- Turn field learnings into product and roadmap ideas What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of software development experience
- 1–2 years of people leadership
- Customer-facing technical experience
- Ability to code in Python
- Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and eval design
- CS degree or equivalent
