About the Role Join Brink's operations team as a valued member responsible for secure, efficient client deliveries and armored vehicle operations. This role includes following assigned routes, ensuring safety and security, handling ATM loading/unloading and repairs for financial institutions, and maintaining daily route records. Comprehensive training is provided, including extensive driver training to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform secure and efficient deliveries to clients following assigned routes
- Safely drive armored vehicle
- Apply safety and security skills to maintain a safe environment for yourself, clients, and colleagues
- Load, unload, and service ATMs for financial institution clients
- Complete daily route logs
- New to the industry? We provide rigorous training to ensure you're comfortable performing all tasks, including extensive driver training
What We're Looking For
- Valid firearms possession and acquisition license (PPA), including restricted and non-restricted weapons
- Valid driver's license with at least 24 months of experience and fewer than 4 demerit points
- Availability to work various shifts at least two days per week, including days, evenings, nights and weekends
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
- Strong customer service mindset and enjoy developing relationships with people
- Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 35 lb
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage starting at $25.61 (including bonuses)
- Recruitment bonus up to $3,000 at hire; terms apply and will be communicated during the interview
- Training provided to ensure comfort with all tasks, including driver training
