Description du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) Agent de conditionnement (H/F/X) chargé d’assurer l’ensemble des opérations d’emballage et de conditionnement de nos produits.

À ce poste, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

• Analyser et comprendre les bons de commande afin d’optimiser le dispatch des produits.
• Assurer le dressage de certains produits finis pâtisserie, puis les conditionner
• Réaliser l’étiquetage des produits.
• Adapter le conditionnement en fonction des impératifs logistiques (lieu, accès)
• Respecter la chaîne du froid des produits.
• Respecter les normes de sécurité et d’hygiène en vigueur.
• Appliquer les exigences RSE dans les tâches à réaliser (respect du tri, réduction du gaspillage, réduction de l'usage unique, économie d'eau et d'énergie).
• Intégrer et mettre en œuvre les engagements achats responsables dans la création des cartes.
• Identifier sur la carte les produits éco-responsables lorsque l'ingrédient est majoritaire (saisonnalité, label rouge, AB, local, FR…).
• Soutenir l'amélioration de l'expérience collaborateurs au sein de l'entreprise et sensibiliser les collaborateurs à la politique RSE du groupe.

• Nous recherchons une personne organisée, rigoureuse et méthodique, capable d’anticiper les besoins, de maîtriser les opérations de conditionnement et de travailler efficacement en équipe.
