Job Description To provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers and to achieve department’s objectives for timely freight booking, shipment pick up and related monitoring/coordination. Responsibilities include answering all incoming calls promptly and politely, handling all air export shipment bookings via different channels of communication, attending to customers’ enquiries and providing quotes for freight charges via email wherever necessary, ensuring all data required by OPA/Air Lateral are entered into ETMS timely and accurately, ensuring that all Pharmaceutical and Healthcare requirements as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives are met as required, providing flight details promptly and giving timely feedback to customers on freight status, obtaining rates approval from customers and raising F2F / BCR before shipment departs, monitoring shipment uplift and transit to ensure timely arrival/delivery to consignee and highlighting delays to shippers and destination offices whenever they occur using Workboard, ensuring timely creation and updates for specific customers’ SOPs, having a good understanding of customers’ profiles and handling requirements to ensure 100% compliance and 100% customer satisfaction all the time, responding to customer complaints and enquiries promptly with a sense of urgency and providing possible suggestions or solutions or assisting with recovery actions whenever possible, building good business rapport with both external and internal customers, preparing and submitting reports timely when required, and taking on additional tasks delegated by Department Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications

Minimum tertiary education with 3 to 5 years’ relevant industry experience. Computer literate and able to operate email. Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Good written and spoken English.
