Job title: Aftermarket Supervisor M/F

About the Role The Aftermarket Supervisor provides administrative support to Aftermarket Managers and supervises the Aftermarket Admin team. The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial and operational administration in line with company strategy and targets, and on driving efficient processes across the department.

What You'll Do

  • Work In Progress (WIP) management: monitor and manage the team to close jobs within defined parameters; investigate aging WIP; assist with resolving issues; review, implement and continuously develop processes related to WIP; ensure accuracy of data captured on WIPs and WIP invoicing.
  • Debtors: serve as the main contact for debtors’ department; receive, distribute to foremen/product support engineers; follow up on debtors’ queries; provide feedback to debtors’ department and Aftermarket Managers (verbal or written).
  • Creditors: assist Aftermarket Managers to ensure creditors are managed per policy; check reconciliations for outstanding invoices; follow up and ensure invoices are received, processed and prepared for payment; clear the purchase awaiting invoices report.
  • Labour Recovery: monitor labour sales per technician; ensure labour recovery data is captured daily by controllers for accurate information.
  • Contract performance: analyze and identify loss‑making Aftermarket contracts; escalate to Aftermarket Manager to analyze and address machines with overtime hours not invoiced.
  • Warranty Claims: ensure warranty claims are processed accurately and submitted timely; track and manage recovery; drive Product Support Engineers on this matter.
  • Service quality: assist Aftermarket Managers, Product Support Engineers/Foremen and Controllers to ensure fleet Aftermarket service quality and timely response; evaluate controllers and other admin staff development needs and provide on‑the‑job training.
  • Administrative governance: ensure all administrative functions are in place and followed in line with company/system requirements; ensure self and admin team tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Scheduling: accurately prepare and distribute scheduled reporting (monthly, weekly and daily).

What We're Looking For

  • Strong administrative and financial process experience in an Aftermarket context.
  • Ability to manage WIP, debtors, creditors, labour recovery, and warranty processes.
  • Data accuracy and reporting skills; ability to analyze and correct data.
  • Ability to work with Product Support Engineers, Foremen and Controllers; training and coaching skills.
  • Results‑driven with the ability to meet targets and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Experience providing on‑the‑job training and development to administrative staff.
