We provide complete ESS solutions ranging from residential, industrial and commercial to telecommunication applications, ideally easing user worries about energy access. Relying on a strong group of engineers experienced in the field of renewable energy, AlpSolarr has developed a series of proprietary technologies related to BMS, PCS, and EMS, so as to achieve a safe and stable energy storage system for environmental purposes.

After-Sales Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the principles, installation, commissioning, and repair of our energy storage products under the mentorship of senior Chinese engineers;
• Assist with on-site after-sales services: installation support, troubleshooting, repair and replacement, product demonstrations;
• Support the after-sales hotline, service ticket recording, and customer follow-up; learn standard after-sales processes and documentation;
• Attend technical and product training sessions and meet the learning milestones set in your training plan;
• Assist with spare parts management, sample unit testing, and other after-sales support tasks;
• Other duties as assigned by your mentors and supervisor.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronic Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related majors.
• 0-2 years work experience can apply.
• Genuine interest in the new energy / energy storage industry and a long-term commitment to a technical career;
• Strong hands-on ability, eagerness to learn, and patience to follow a step-by-step training plan;
• Disciplined, hardworking, and able to follow work and study arrangements; willing to do field service and occasional travel;
• Basic English literacy for reading manuals and recording service tickets;
• Relevant trade certificates (e.g., electrician) are a plus.

Compensation & Growth

• Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
• Probation period: 3–6 months (subject to performance review).
• Post-probation salary to be adjusted based on probation performance;
• One-on-one mentoring by senior engineers, with a clear career path: After-Sales Support → After-Sales Engineer → Technical Supervisor;
• Formal employment contract with statutory benefits (pension, NHF, etc.) in compliance with Nigerian labor law.
