About the Role GRAMMER is seeking an After-Sales Engineer in Tianjin to manage 0-KM and field claim handling, support customer quality agreements, and drive improvements across the customer quality process. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate VOC/VOB into actions and ensure customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Active management of 0-KM claim handling and support field claim handling based on data analysis following GPQ requirements.
- Claim settlements including 0-km and field warranty reimbursement and negotiation.
- Support key account leaders and customer relationship/commercial leader in negotiating services and quality agreements with customers.
- Manage customer interface and team (RQE – Resident Quality Engineer).
- Conduct customer audits/visits, ECM – translate VOC and VOB, establish trust with customers.
- Manage customer quality process including escalation.
- Make processes measurable, report on customer satisfaction, claims, warranty, and follow up the gap closure regularly.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by leader. What We're Looking For
- Master knowledge of international quality systems; rich experience with quality management in production.
- Knowledge of national laws of product quality; FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, MSAF.
- Familiar with quality management methods.
- Capable of creation of documentation for quality management system.
- Flexible, adaptable, and persuasive.
- Strong in education and coordination.
- Solid, diligent, concentrative and serious.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Undergraduate or above in Science and Engineering; minimum 3 years of work experience with quality management in automobile or manufacturing field. Compensation & Benefits
