Job title: After Sales Assistant
About the Role The After Sales Assistant works on the showroom floor handling warranty and customer service tasks, including reception, information capture, and resolving questions. The role involves initial vehicle diagnosis, service planning, budgeting and approvals, and ensuring follow-up communication to each case. You will deliver the vehicle on the floor after final checks and explain the repairs to customers, while addressing post-service issues.
What You'll Do
- Serve as warranty/customer service on the showroom floor: reception, information registration, and resolving customer doubts.
- Conduct initial vehicle diagnosis: inspection and identification of needs.
- Manage service planning: prepare budgets and obtain approvals.
- Ensure follow-up and clear communication of each case.
- Deliver the vehicle on the showroom floor: conduct final review and explain the repair to the customer.
- Resolve complaints and post-service issues.
What We're Looking For
- Experience or emphasis on customer service and on-floor support in automotive or service environments.
- Ability to perform initial vehicle inspections and identify service needs.
- Skills in planning, estimating a service, and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Strong communication to keep customers informed and close cases.
- Problem-solving mindset for handling post-service issues and complaints.
- Basic understanding of warranty processes and service operations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 11,038.00 MXN per month
