Affiliate Manager LATAM (Spanish speaking) – Remote Argentina

Overview

A multinational online-trading broker is seeking a Spanish-speaking Affiliate Manager to grow its LATAM business. You will recruit and manage affiliates and IBs, optimise campaigns and open new GEOs across Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates and IBs and maintain strong relationships with existing partners

• Manage affiliate programmes, campaigns and partner activity

• Resolve partner account issues and provide ongoing support

• Identify and negotiate deals with affiliate and traffic networks; renew existing agreements

• Prepare partnership proposals and evaluate campaign ROI

• Monitor for fraud, policy breaches and non-compliant marketing

• Analyse traffic and sales data to optimise performance

• Research LATAM GEOs and trends for new opportunities

• Brief creative teams on landing pages, banners and campaign assets

• Represent the business at international conferences and events

Requirements

• 2+ years of Forex affiliate management experience covering LATAM markets (required)

• Existing portfolio of LATAM partners/clients

• Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory)

• Strong grasp of affiliate channels, tracking and traffic-acquisition models

• Stable career history (ideally 2–3+ years per role)

• Strong negotiation, analytical and organisational skills; good Excel

• Willingness to travel for conferences and meetings
