About the Role European Wax Center is seeking a licensed Esthetician/Cosmetologist in Kansas to join our Wichita center as a Wax Specialist. The role focuses on performing body waxing, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales while building relationships with guests. This position is available as part-time or full-time and onsite. What You'll Do
- Perform waxing services for clients and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
- Sell retail products and promote services to enhance guest experience
- Build genuine relationships with guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Maintain a professional appearance and contribute to a positive, fast-paced work environment
- Be flexible with scheduling (mixture of day and night shifts and at least one weekend day) What We're Looking For
- Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Kansas
- Ability to perform body waxing
- Professional appearance; positive, friendly, upbeat, personable demeanor
- Customer service and sales ability; willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to bend, lift and stand
- Flexible availability (days/nights and weekends); 20-35 hours per week (average 3-5 shifts)
- Sales experience preferred; desire to build genuine relationships with guests Nice to Have

- Hourly wage: $25-$48 per hour
