Location: Truyu Aesthetic Center 3165 Demers Ave Grand Forks, ND 58201 Pay Range: $17.92 - $26.88

Summary: The Aesthetician uses the skin care process in providing skin care treatment designed to improve the health and appearance of the skin. They work collaboratively within the Aesthetics Department as well as with reciprocating referrals from Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. The Aesthetician must maintain appropriate sales and service goals and collaborates with the aesthetics team to accomplish the Aesthetics Department budget goals.

Essential Job Functions: Uses the skin care process in providing skin care needs to the patients/clinic population served. Performs skin consultation and makes recommendation for appropriate services and products. Performs facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and micropigmentation. Ensures consistent delivery of an exceptional patient experience. Handles clients’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Recommends and provides education on at home skin care regimen. Maintains all aesthetic and cosmetic equipment in working order. Checks inventory weekly to prevent depletion of stock. Organizes, labels and maintains supplies in an orderly fashion. Keeps up-to-date on the industry and recommends new treatments, procedures and products. Cross sells and refers to other Truyu services and products. Assists with the marketing and promoting of massage therapy at Truyu. Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

Certification: Aesthetician- Licensed | North Dakota State Board of Cosmetology | Prior to Start Date | HR Primary Sources Basic Life Support (BLS) | American Heart Association (AHA) | Within 90 days of Start Date
