About the Role We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join NakedMD as an Aesthetic Injector in Raleigh, NC. The role emphasizes high medical integrity and patient well-being, while supporting growth through compassionate care and patient education. What You'll Do
- Perform patient evaluations, including medical history, desired results, treatment planning, and explanation of risks and benefits
- Administer aesthetic services: dermal fillers, neuromodulators, micro-needling, and medical-grade chemical peels
- Maintain accurate medical documentation: patient charts, before/after photos, and treatment records
- Ensure safety and hygiene of the injection room; decontaminate equipment and sanitize surfaces
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' concerns, goals, and overall well-being
- Stay updated on latest treatments, products, and industry trends; provide accurate information to clients
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and assist clients in scheduling and coordinating treatments
- Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed; assist with inventory management What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse with experience in aesthetic injections, patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation
- Commitment to safety protocols and patient-centered care
- Ability to meet sales goals and work Fri/Sat as required
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork
- Undergo ongoing professional development in aesthetics Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000-$125,000 per year (full-time, onsite in Raleigh, NC)
