What you’ll do

  • Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions

  • Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications

  • Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products

  • Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed

  • The position is in the factory and could involve stooping, twisting, reaching, bending, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Must be able to reach, lift, bend and stoop without restrictions.

  • Good manual dexterity needed.

  • Good communication skills and proficient in reading and writing English for safe and effective performance of the position

  • Proficient math skills as demonstrated through performance.

  • Demonstrated relative work experience

  • The hourly pay range for this role is $18.50 and $27.00 plus shift differential $1.00 and department differential .50 cents. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
