About the Role ASI is seeking qualified candidates for a Tampa-based general announcement across multiple engineering, programs, and IT roles to support aircrew and maintenance training systems for U.S. military customers. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to design, develop, integrate, and sustain flight simulation functionalities and training systems.
• Work within cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Communicate effectively, adapt messaging to different audiences, and act as a self-starter to resolve problems.
• Utilize standard business software and engineering tools to document, track, and present results.
• Support design, integration, and delivery across ASI programs and initiatives, including B-1, E-2D, CH-53E, NSST/IMOMS, and related aircrew/maintenance training systems.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; ability to program in C or equivalent; three years of related aircraft or flight simulation experience preferred.
• Experience levels: Mid-level (4–7 years) or Senior (7–10 years).
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a project-oriented, fast-paced environment; capable of working in a team or independently as a self-starter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; successful background check and drug screening; willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
