About the Role Aegis Senior Systems Engineer will provide technical leadership and systems engineering support for Aegis-related programs at Dahlgren, VA, working with Navy and DoD stakeholders to deliver integrated weapon systems and combat system solutions. What You'll Do
- Provide systems engineering and technical leadership for Aegis-related programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and architectures
- Support integration, testing, and verification activities
- Assist in program planning, risk management, and documentation What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent)
- Experience with naval weapons systems, Aegis Combat System, or DoD program environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Dahlgren, VA Nice to Have
- Master's degree
