About the Role Join MCCL to support opposition to the proposed Equal Rights Abortion Amendment ERA in Minnesota's Constitution. The role focuses on outreach, messaging coordination, and mobilizing supporters and volunteers to influence public policy.

What You'll Do

  • Contact state senators and representatives to communicate policy positions on the ERA and related constitutional changes.
  • Develop and distribute messaging to supporters and the public, including information on how to reach lawmakers.
  • Coordinate volunteers and coalitions for advocacy campaigns across Minnesota.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in public policy, political campaigns, or nonprofit advocacy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex policy into clear messages.
  • Familiarity with Minnesota's legislative process and public policy environment; ability to mobilize volunteers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with grassroots organizing and digital outreach; knowledge of abortion policy debates.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
