As a Member Services Advisor, RCC, a typical day will include:
- Providing customer service and support for The Ritz-Carlton Club
- Processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, mail, internet request, or in person.
- Assisting members with their reservation and informational needs.
- Checking reservation availability and finding alternate dates or accommodations if needed.
- Verifying reservation and account details to ensure accuracy.
- Assisting members by resolving complaints and/or reservation errors professionally and politely to ensure effective resolutions and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting Members with additional vacation ownership usage options.
- The listing is applicable for applicants who reside in Salt Lake City, Utah or Orlando, Florida areas (within two hours of the office locations).
Guest Experience and Company Standards
- Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally, responding promptly to requests in a professional and positive manner.
- Supports team to reach common goals and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and follows company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Member Services Advisor, RCC at MVW:
- Must have availability to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
- Must be able to stand or sit, for an extended period of time.
- Must possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, along with proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Position may require background and/or drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
