What you’ll achieve
As a Material Planning Senior Advisor, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.
You will:
- Work with business users to define and investigate problems, conducting studies to create alternative business solutions that meet current and future environments
- Learn and apply knowledge in the order and materials team to support our AI manufacturing
- Interpret findings and identify business opportunities to deliver values through knowledge Management at the program and business unit levels
- Design, develop, implement and maintain solutions, coordinate projects and work with extended teams

Essential Requirements

Capable of performing detailed analysis and influencing others based on analysis outcome

Proven proficiency using AI tools

Capable of making strategic decisions with ambiguous information

Capable of presenting regularly to VP level

ERP & Systems Mastery: Proven hands-on proficiency with enterprise-level ERP system D365.

Releasing manufacturing orders and assigning Material
-
Operational Execution & Governance: Deep understanding of end-to-end order lifecycles, material allocation, inventory balancing, backlog management, material subs, material allocation and reservation
-
Complex Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability to resolve operational bottlenecks, manage critical escalations, and perform thorough root-cause analyses for delivery and fulfilment delays.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to partner cross-functionally with Global Procurement, Manufacturing/Plant Operations, Logistics, Sales Operations, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery.

Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of summarizing complex operational data into actionable updates for leadership.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence:
- Advanced capability with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau
Digital Transformation & Automation:
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, AI-driven supply chain platforms, or automated workflow design.
