Le risorse verranno selezionate su sei diverse regioni in cui si occuperanno di supportare le farmacie del rispettivo territorio attraverso un approccio consulenziale, contribuendo così alla conoscenza della patologia, al consiglio attivo al paziente, e alla valorizzazione del portfolio prodotti del Cliente.

RESPONSABILITA’

• La risorsa sarà responsabile dell’attività di Disease Awareness diretta presso le farmacie di riferimento al fine di sensibilizzare i farmacisti rispetto la patologia in questione;

• Proporre alle farmacie tre tipologie di attivazione B2B:
• undefined
• Materiali per il Punto Vendita (POS Materials): materiali informativi e promozionali sviluppati e forniti dal Cliente per supportare la sensibilizzazione sulla patologia e favorire il coinvolgimento dei pazienti in farmacia.

• Programma di Formazione Certificata: percorso formativo dedicato ai farmacisti e al personale di farmacia, finalizzato ad accrescere le competenze sulla patologia cronica e sul corretto supporto ai pazienti.

• Programma di Screening paziente: percorso di facilitazione delle attività dirette in farmacia svolte da terza parte

• Monitorare il mercato, raccogliere informazioni sui competitor e condividere insight utili al business;

• Pianificare efficacemente le visite secondo gli obiettivi assegnati;

• Garantire una puntuale attività di reportistica tramite gli strumenti aziendali.

REQUISITI

• Laurea in discipline scientifiche (legge 219/06);
• Esperienza pregressa nel canale farmacia, in attività di sviluppo del sell-out, informazione commerciale, category management, consulenza al Farmacista sul consiglio attivo al Paziente;
• Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;
• Forte orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi;
• Attitudine alla gestione di sistemi tecnologici e buon utilizzo CRM.

OFFRIAMO

• -CCNL: Commercio-Tipologia contrattuale;
• Tempo determinato di 8 mesi;
• Range retributivo o Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da 30.000€ a 35.216€ RAL;
• Auto aziendale.

Il pacchetto retributivo sarà definito in base all’esperienza, alle competenze e ai criteri di equità interna. La crescita professionale e gli adeguamenti retributivi sono basati su criteri trasparenti e oggettivi.
