Department The Department of Family and Community Medicine is recruiting Advanced Practice Providers to join the Timothy Freeman, MD, Center for Developmental Disabilities within the UC Health system. The Freeman Center strives to be a national leader in providing specialized, coordinated, patient-centered care to adults with developmental disabilities. Preferred applicants would have experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Essential Functions Provide primary care to adults with a variety of intellectual and developmental disabilities including autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and many rarer syndromes - 60% of clinical time will be in the community setting through home visit model and 40% of clinical time will be on-site at the Freeman Center.
