About the Role Join Endeavor Health in the Neurosciences Department as an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) focusing on cranial neurosurgery. Under the direction of collaborating physicians, you will deliver comprehensive patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, guiding patients through evaluation, treatment, and recovery. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes and evidence-based practice. What You'll Do
- Obtain detailed history and perform physical examinations; order imaging, labs, and diagnostic procedures and interpret results.
- Educate patients on prescribed therapies and pre/post-operative instructions.
- Maintain medical records and write progress notes; follow patients through treatment in clinic and hospital settings.
- Collaborate with physicians and health care team to achieve optimal outcomes; participate in development and evaluation of standards of practice.
- Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies as appropriate; demonstrate evidence-based practice.
- Assess learning needs of patients and families; provide teaching to promote health.
- Provide comprehensive health assessments and differential diagnoses, and prescribe treatments under protocol for acute and chronic illnesses.
- Promote wellness and prevention across diverse settings; work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to safety outcomes and high-quality patient experiences; participate in service line goals and organizational strategy. What We're Looking For
- License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in Illinois; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance license required.
- Education: Master’s degree in a relevant specialty.
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience: 1 year of neurology and/or cranial APP experience required. Nice to Have

- Salary: $57.76 - $80.86 per hour (USD).
