About the Role Endeavor Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) in Neurosciences - Cranial at Arlington Heights. Under the direction of collaborating physicians, you will deliver comprehensive cranial/neurosurgical patient care in outpatient and inpatient settings to support optimal outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Provide care under collaborating physician(s) in the neurosurgery cranial service, coordinating with the care team.
- Obtain detailed history, perform physical examinations, and order/imaging, labs, and diagnostic procedures; interpret results.
- Instruct patients on prescribed therapeutic regimens and pre/post operative instructions; maintain thorough documentation and progress notes.
- Follow patients through their course of treatment in clinic and hospital settings; collaborate with physicians and the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies as appropriate; demonstrate evidence-based practice.
- Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating standards of practice; assess learning needs and promote health across the continuum.
- Provide comprehensive health assessments and differential diagnoses, and manage acute and chronic illness under protocol; promote wellness and prevention.
- Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams; contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences; support service line goals and organizational strategy; adhere to Endeavor Health policies.
What We're Looking For
- Licensure: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in Illinois; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required.
- Education: Master's degree in a related specialty area.
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of neurology and/or cranial APP experience.

- Expertise/knowledge of neurosurgery with focus on cranial; eagerness to learn.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $57.76 - $80.86 per hour (USD).
