About the Role Rutgers University is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse to join the Department of Surgery within New Jersey Medical School. The APN will be an integral member of the Vascular Surgery & Otolaryngology teams at Rutgers NJMS, providing care to patients, improving efficiency of care, and participating in both quality improvement and clinical research programs.
What You'll Do
- Provide care to surgical patients as part of the Vascular Surgery & Otolaryngology teams.
- Improve efficiency of care and workflows.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research programs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse with a focus on surgical patient care.
- Ability to collaborate with vascular surgery and otolaryngology teams to deliver high-quality care.
- Interest or experience in quality improvement and clinical research activities.
