Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Senior

Responsibilities: Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes and improve product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction. Lead initiatives to integrate cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Problem resolution. Process utilization. Technical expert. CAD drawings expertise. Risk avoidance. Product compliance. Project management. Data analysis. Cause chain analysis. Continuous improvement. Facilitates lean initiatives.
Qualifications: You must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering; 6+ years of manufacturing engineering experience; strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies; Aerospace electronics experience and understanding of Defense products for both OEM and aftermarket; experience with data analysis tools and manufacturing software to identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
