Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to ready-mix concrete plants and customers.
- Monitoring concrete admixture performance and dosage efficiency.
- Conducting product trials, testing and performance evaluations.
- Troubleshooting concrete-related technical issues and customer complaints.
- Building strong technical relationships with customers.
- Collaborating with R&D, Quality Control and Sales teams to improve product performance.
