About the Role The Admissions Recruiter will lead recruitment, engagement, and enrollment efforts for prospective students in the Chicago, IL area. The role manages a defined geographic territory by developing and executing a strategic recruitment plan, building relationships with key stakeholders, and guiding students and families through the admissions process to meet enrollment goals. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan for a defined geographic territory (Chicago, IL).
- Build relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other key stakeholders to identify and recruit prospective students.
- Guide students and families through the admissions process, including information sessions, campus visits, and application timelines, to support enrollment goals.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and effective enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and track progress toward enrollment targets. What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with students, families, and school partners.
