Our client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and experienced professional to fill the position of Administrative Manager.
About The Role
The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's administrative operations and ensuring that the organisation runs efficiently, professionally, and seamlessly. The ideal candidate should be an organised and resourceful professional with strong administrative, communication, coordination, and people-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
- Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Manage company records, documentation, correspondence, and administrative files.
- Support management in implementing company policies and administrative procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and official engagements.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, clients, and other external stakeholders as required.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and general office requirements.
- Support staff coordination and promote adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare administrative reports and provide relevant updates to management.
- Ensure that administrative activities align with the company's operational needs and objectives.
- Carry out other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative or managerial role.
- Proven experience managing administrative operations and office systems.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant administrative tools.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or equipment leasing industry will be an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
