About the Role An entry-level Administrative Clerk role within the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) based in Pretoria. The role provides essential administrative support across the office, handling data capture, records management, and communication with the public and internal stakeholders. What You'll Do

  • Render general administration support services including data capturing, data verification, record maintenance, report generation, and data integrity.
  • Design and maintain an organized administrative system for the office; perform a wide variety of administrative tasks.
  • Draft correspondence to members of the public, other organisations, and State departments.
  • Provide supply chain clerical support, personnel administration clerical support, and HR/financial administration support within the component.
  • Deliver mail and faxes; perform filing, photocopying, faxing, receiving, and dispatching of documents. What We're Looking For
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrable competency in acting independently, professionally, accountable and with credibility.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Report writing, good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer focus and responsiveness.
  • Excellent administrative skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, MS Office suite and Outlook).
  • Flexibility.
