About the Role The Administrative Assistant supports office operations and cross-team coordination to ensure efficient administrative service. This role assists a manager and regional teams, handles multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency, and uses standard tools to maintain smooth workflows.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, record keeping, and document management.
- Coordinate with multicultural and regional teams to align on priorities and deliver service.
- Manage multiple activities with attention to detail, organization, and timely follow-up.
- Utilize Excel, Microsoft Office, and SAP (desirable) for data entry, reporting, and process support.
- Assist with procurement-related tasks or junior buyer activities as needed.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders and maintain a service-oriented approach.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Bilingual Executive Secretarial, Business Management, or related.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, assistant manager, Jr. buyer, or administrative support.
- Intermediate handling of Excel and Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge desirable.
- Strong organization, planning, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities; effective communication and teamwork.
- Ability to coordinate with multicultural and regional teams; sense of urgency; service attitude.
- English: intermediate/advanced is desirable (approx. 80%).
Nice to Have
- SAP knowledge (desirable).
