Administrative Assistant — Enrollment Management

  • Maintain accurate, complete prospect and applicant records in the College's CRM (Slate), including data entry, record updates, file maintenance, and document processing for all stages of the admissions funnel.
  • Assist in the coordination for campus events, including open houses, visit days, and college fairs: registration, event and invitation lists, and material preparation. Requires availability for some evening and weekend events.
  • Generate reports and data extracts in Slate and Excel — including inquiry, application, and event registration reports.
  • Support campus visits operations i.e. schedule visits, prepare confirmations and itineraries, coordinate tour logistics, and ensure students and families have a welcoming experience.
  • Support the Admissions, Financial Aid, Short-Term Programs, and Marketing departments with cross-office projects.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Works effectively both independently and in a team environment, collaborates across departments, and understands working in an, student-facing office.

  • Preferred
