About the Role In this role you will provide professional and efficient construction administrative support to project managers and regional activities within Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects. You will act as a liaison with project management, field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment. You will maintain and track project schedules in coordination with project managers and will support onsite client engagements to help deliver projects. What You'll Do

- Maintain and track project schedules in coordination with project managers
- Support meetings with agendas, summaries, scheduling facilitators and participants, room setup, coordinating materials, and meals
- Support document management by maintaining SharePoint and MS Teams sites, ensuring adherence to protocols, and assisting with file uploads and sharing
- Assist project staff with administrative tasks such as expense reporting, timesheets, and project documentation
- Prepare and edit reports and presentations, compile data for analysis, maintain confidentiality, and assist with creating PowerPoint presentations for meetings and conferences
- Onsite at client sites: work location is onsite with clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships; some in-person time is expected; Accenture will be flexible to support work/life needs What We're Looking For
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience, ideally in construction or engineering projects
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction management platforms
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in supporting construction documentation, scheduling, and budget processes
- Experience in human relations, accounting or project management
- Associates or Bachelors degree (bonus points) and advanced or specialized training in administrative support Nice to Have
- Additional advanced degrees or specialized training in admin support (if mentioned) Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
- Compensation details may vary by location, role, and experience; Accenture provides a reasonable range of pay as required by local law
