The Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, and supervising administrative staff. The role focuses on maintaining smooth business operations, implementing administrative procedures, managing facilities and services, and supporting organizational objectives through effective coordination and resource management.
What You Will Do Administrative Operations Supervise and coordinate daily administrative activities and office operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative standards. Develop, implement, and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency. Maintain accurate administrative records, files, and documentation. Facilities and Asset Management Oversee office facilities, maintenance, and workplace services. Monitor office equipment, furniture, and company assets. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Budget and Cost Control Monitor administrative expenses and budgets. Review invoices and support procurement activities. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization. Coordination and Support Support management with administrative reporting and documentation. Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and company logistics. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery. Handle escalated administrative issues and provide timely resolutions. Compliance and Governance Ensure compliance with local regulations and company requirements. Maintain confidentiality of company information and records. Support audits and internal reviews related to administrative activities.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. 5–10 years of administrative experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of office management practices, administrative processes, and business support functions. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
