Key Duties and Responsibilities

Fleet Management

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Schedule routine servicing, repairs, and safety inspections to keep all company vehicles roadworthy.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Track vehicle insurance, registration, licensing, and traffic logs.
  • Usage Monitoring: Oversee vehicle allocation, fuel consumption analysis, and driver adherence to company transport policies; coordinate all ground movement of staff.
  • Driver management: Ensure proper supervision and allocation of Admin drivers.
  • Fleet availability: Ensure that all Admin vehicles downtime is reduced by working closely with the LMV in-house garage and other service providers accordingly.

Estates Management

  • Property Maintenance: Act as the main point of contact for resident complaints and inquiries; supervise repairs and general upkeep of the surroundings in the Dangote housing estates.
  • Reporting and record keeping: Maintain accurate administrative records, update tenant’s database accordingly, and prepare facility status and occupancy reports for management.

Vendor Payments and Financial Processing

  • Prepare purchase requisitions (PRs) and ensure purchase orders are active for all recurring services for efficient payment processing.
  • Review incoming vendor invoices and match them against delivery receipts and services.
  • Ensure that all payments are processed and submitted to finance on time.
  • Monitor administrative and operational budgets, logging expenditures and tracking inventory costs.

General Office Administration

  • Office Logistics: Manage local and international travel for all staff and maintain vendor relationships with travel agents, airlines and car hire companies.
  • Office space: Coordinate office space and furniture requirements for all staff.
  • Ensure availability and good working order of office equipment (water dispensers, microwaves and fridges) for use by staff and supervise general clerical duties.

Academic / Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social science or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years’ work experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Exposure or experience in ERP software (SAP) or advanced Excel reporting
