Administration Manager (Hinterland) (Bloemhof)
Hinterland, a leading agricultural retail business and subsidiary of Senwes, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administration Manager for its Bloemhof branch. Serving farmers, businesses and communities throughout South Africa with a comprehensive range of agricultural products and solutions, Hinterland offers an opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to oversee branch administration, ensure accurate reporting, strengthen stock control processes and support effective retail operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage administrative reporting.
- Authorise and reconcile credit notes.
- Oversee stock control administration.
- Maintain employee documentation.
- Supervise and develop administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Requirements
-
Relevant post-matric qualification.

3–5 years’ relevant experience in a retail administrative environment.

At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory administrative position.

Experience in generating, analysing and resolving administrative and stock-related reports.

Computer literacy, with SAP experience advantageous.

Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent planning, organising and attention-to-detail skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
