Palton Morgan is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to manage critical operational functions within our Abuja Region office. Key Responsibilities
- Tag and routinely verify all company assets in the Abuja Region
- Maintain a comprehensive schedule for all company assets
- Conduct periodic checks on pool vehicles, liaise with the fleet officer, and report to the Head of Administration
- Source vendors and generate invoices for all administrative procurements
- Process all administrative payment requests for the Abuja Region
- Process wages and statutory payments under the Admin Department in the Region
- Follow up on all administrative payments with the Accounts Department to ensure timely disbursement
- Maintain detailed records of all administrative expenses and procurements
- Review service level agreements, tenancy agreements, and other related documents with the Head of Administration and ensure their execution
- Handle all air travel and hotel accommodations for staff traveling from the Region
- Write and maintain minutes for all departmental, interdepartmental, and external meetings held in the Region
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in a relevant field

Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in an administrative role

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
