Foteino Talento, a premier aesthetic dermatology clinic in Lagos, is actively seeking a dedicated Admin Officer to join their esteemed team.

This pivotal role is designed to provide comprehensive support to the clinical, client relations, and management departments. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all clinic services, contributing directly to client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily administrative functions, managing correspondence and records, and coordinating essential supplies and logistics. You will also play a crucial part in facility management, equipment servicing, and liaising with vendors to maintain a high standard of operational readiness.

Furthermore, the Admin Officer will supervise support staff, including office assistants, cleaners, and security personnel, fostering a productive and harmonious work environment. This role also involves meticulous coordination of procurement activities and vigilant monitoring of clinical consumables to prevent shortages and minimize wastage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations, records, correspondence, supplies, and logistics.
  • Support management with scheduling, documentation, meetings, and reports.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, equipment servicing, and vendor services.
  • Supervise office assistants, cleaners, and security personnel.
  • Coordinate procurement and maintain inventory records.
  • Monitor clinical consumables to prevent shortages and wastage.
  • Maintain compliance records and prepare administrative reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration, office management, facility management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in healthcare, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or premium service environments is an advantage.
  • Experience supervising staff and coordinating vendors and procurement activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
