Job Purpose
- The Admin Officer will provide effective administrative and operational support to ensure Amo Farm’s daily activities run smoothly. The role involves managing documentation, office operations, staff support, records, and administrative service coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative activities and ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain accurate records, files, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and other administrative resources.
- Monitor office facilities, equipment, utilities, and general maintenance needs.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, internal communications, and administrative schedules.
- Support accommodation, transportation, and logistics arrangements for staff and visitors where required.
- Process administrative requests and follow up with relevant departments and service providers.
- Maintain records of vendors, service providers, contracts, and administrative expenses.
- Support procurement of routine administrative items in line with company procedures.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, waste management, and general office standards.
- Prepare administrative reports and maintain relevant databases and trackers.
- Assist with onboarding logistics and other staff welfare/administrative requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years’ experience in administration or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of office administration and record management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a farm, manufacturing, or industrial environment is an advantage.
