We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Admin Lead Job Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities

Office & Facilities Management: Lead daily head office administration, site office logistics, document control, and corporate fleet maintenance.

Bookkeeping & Accounting: Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, daily cash flow, petty cash, and monthly bank reconciliations.

Invoicing & Billing: Process subcontractor payment certificates, supplier bills, and client real estate installment tracking.

Procurement & Compliance: Oversee vendor contracts, cost-effective purchasing, statutory tax filings (VAT, WHT, PAYE), and regulatory permits.

Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in office management and bookkeeping. Real estate or construction industry experience is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Core Competencies: Exceptional organization, negotiation skills, numerical accuracy, and vendor management capabilities.
