MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration or related field.
- MBA / MHA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience, preferably in hospital/healthcare setting.
- Professional certification: CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and hospital HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and payroll systems.
