About the Role North Central College invites applications to teach courses as a faculty associate in the Nutrition Program during the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 academic years. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate Nutrition Science (B.S.) courses, typically one course per semester but may teach up to two, with responsibilities including delivering content, creating assignments and assessments, evaluating student work, and holding office hours. Appointments are per-course, and the pool is used to fill needs as they arise.
