About the Role Part-time adjunct faculty in Sports Administration at UC Blue Ash College, teaching undergraduate Sports Administration courses to support the department's programs. The role involves delivering courses in-person, online, or hybrid, typically 1-2 courses per term, to classes of about 15-30 students. What You'll Do
- Teach assigned undergraduate courses in Sports Administration (1-2 courses each fall and spring terms).
- Use Canvas and other relevant classroom technologies; hold regular office hours; evaluate coursework.
- Adapt instruction to in-person, online, or hybrid modalities and support student success.
- Participate in department activities ancillary to teaching as needed. What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Sports Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- One year of college-level teaching experience.
- Ability to teach courses such as Introduction to Sport Administration, Economics of Sport, Diversity in Sport Organizations, and Ethical Issues in Sport.
- Not eligible for Visa or green card sponsorship. Nice to Have
- Experience delivering online or hybrid courses and familiarity with Canvas or LMS tools. Compensation & Benefits
