Adjunct Instructor Pool (Writing)

About the Role Bushnell University is interviewing for positions for our Adjunct Instructor pool, writing. A Doctorate is preferred, but will consider a Master's degree with significant experience in the particular field of teaching. We are interested in both graduate and undergraduate instructors. This position requires a strong commitment to multiculturalism and diversity, and candidates must have a vibrant and maturing Christian faith. Application materials must include a personal Statement of Faith addressing how a maturing Christian faith finds expression in the candidate’s personal life, family life, community life, local church membership, and academic discipline (inside and outside the classroom). What We're Looking For

• Doctorate preferred, but will consider a Master’s degree with significant teaching experience in the relevant field.
• Interest in teaching both graduate and undergraduate students in Writing.
• Demonstrated commitment to multiculturalism and diversity; vibrant and maturing Christian faith.
• Candidates must be actively engaged in a Christian congregation and able to identify with and support the Bushnell Theological Context for Community.
• Application materials must include a personal Statement of Faith addressing how faith finds expression in personal life, family life, community life, local church membership, and academic discipline (inside and outside the classroom).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbally and in writing. Compensation & Benefits
