About the Role Adjunct Instructor Pool for Criminal Justice at Bushnell University. This is a part-time, per-class appointment within the Arts & Sciences, Criminal Justice department. Doctorate is preferred, but a Master's degree with significant teaching experience will be considered. The pool is open to both graduate and undergraduate instructors who demonstrate a strong commitment to multiculturalism and diversity and possess a vibrant, maturing Christian faith. What We're Looking For
- Doctorate preferred; Master's degree with significant teaching experience will be considered.
- Experience teaching in Criminal Justice at graduate and/or undergraduate levels.

- Vibrant and maturing Christian faith required.
- Ability to articulate faith expressions in personal life, family life, community life, local church membership, and academic discipline (as part of application).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with tact, patience, and courtesy.
- Adherence to FERPA guidelines and student confidentiality; high ethics of honesty and confidentiality.
- Able to work in a non-smoking, drug-free environment; must be actively engaged in a Christian congregation and support the Bushnell Theological Context for Community. Nice to Have
