About the Role Bushnell University is building an Adjunct Instructor pool across all academic departments to maintain a robust teaching program. Positions are part-time, per class, and open to both graduate and undergraduate instructors. A Doctorate is preferred, but a Master’s degree with significant field experience will be considered. All candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to multiculturalism and diversity and maintain a vibrant, maturing Christian faith. Application materials must include a personal Statement of Faith addressing how that faith is expressed in one's life, family life, community life, local church membership, and academic discipline. What We're Looking For
- Doctorate preferred; Master’s degree with significant relevant experience will be considered
- Open to both graduate and undergraduate instructors
- Strong commitment to multiculturalism and diversity
- Vibrant and maturing Christian faith
- Active engagement in a Christian congregation and alignment with Bushnell Theological Context for Community
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey ideas clearly with tact and professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality consistent with FERPA; mandatory reporter under Oregon law
