About the Role Belmont Abbey College is seeking adjunct instructors to join its newly announced Master of Arts in Motorsport Management degree. The position supports Fall 2025 and future terms and aims to blend practical motorsport industry knowledge with scholarly rigor to deliver a comprehensive learning experience.
What You'll Do
- Mentor and develop emerging professionals and contribute to student research projects.
- Apply strong research skills and direct student research projects or contribute to academic inquiry.
- Integrate practical industry knowledge with academic rigor to provide engaging learning experiences.
What We're Looking For
- A graduate degree in business, sport management, or motorsport management related field (minimum).
- About 10 years of professional experience in the motorsport industry with significant expertise in business roles and management of teams, brands, or racing organizations.
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing professionals; strong research skills; experience directing student research projects or contributing to academic inquiry is highly valued.
- Ability to contribute to the College's Catholic, Benedictine liberal arts mission and Catholic intellectual tradition, or how one's faith informs vocation as teacher and scholar.
